Costs

The “ATHINA Study Abroad Program in Greece” comprehensive package for Summer 2017 is offered at the very competitive price of $4950.

The price includes the following:

  • 6 credits of courses taught over the 4 weeks of the program
  • Student accommodation in shared single gender rooms with breakfast
  • Orientation program on arrival and pre-orientation pack before departure
  • On-site student services support
  • Two full day excursions - one local and one to a Greek Island
  • Airport pick-up for groups of 4 or more
  • Welcome party and farewell dinner
  • Transfers from the hotel to the teaching premises for timetabled teaching sessions
  • Internet access in all locations

The price does not include the following:

  • Air-fare to/from U.S.A.
  • Travel and medical insurance
  • Meal plan (except Breakfast) or food allowance
  • Admission tickets to archaeological sites or to any optional events
  • An optional Weekend Excursion to Peloponnese
  • An optional Weekend Excursion to a Greek Island

Additional Financial Information:

We estimate that students should budget accordingly for the following expenses:

  • Tickets to museums/theatres: $150
  • Personal: $200
  • Meals: $500 – special arrangement for discounts in meals is made with local restaurants

Students can take extra credits (up to 9 in total) for a fee of $300 per credit.
