Marousi is a residential neighborhood located in the north of Athens. Marousi dates back to the era of the ancient Athenian Republic; its ancient name was Athmonon, and it was one of the 10 Athenian sub-cities. Located here was an important ancient temple, where Amarysia Artemis, the goddess of hunting, was worshiped, and the city’s modern name derives from that of the goddess.

Made up of a mix of houses, cafes, shops, and businesses, Marousi mirrors modern Greece, blending traditional nineteenth-century Athenian family homes and open-air markets with contemporary office buildings and trendy cafes and tavernas.

The main teaching premises for the course are in a modern building, which features a fully equipped classroom, a communal area, and a quiet study room. Nearby are numerous cafes and restaurants, shops, parks and recreational spaces, where our students can spend their time between courses.

Our base is also a short stroll from Kifissia, one of the most fashionable shopping districts of Athens, featuring also the famous Goulandris Natural History Museum.
